Our Service is Guaranteed
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you receive from FastWire Network, you may
cancel your service anytime without penalty.
VIRTUAL ACCOUNTS: Pre-paid hosting is non-refundable. Termination request must
be submitted in writing to FastWire Network 30 days in advance of termination date.
COLOCATED SERVER ACCOUNTS: Pre-paid hosting is non-refundable. A minimum 30 day advance written notice of intent to
cancel is required. Colocated Equipment provided by the client including removal is the sole responsibility of the client.
FastWire Network or its authorized agents will not be held responsible for any problems or
damages associated with removing or transporting server equipment. This includes hardware, software and data.
Equipment is released upon payment in full of fees or penalties, and only released to the account holder.
Equipment must be picked up on or before the service termination date to avoid storage fees.
Storage fees are $ 10.00/day and will be added to any other applicable penalties. Equipment
not picked up after 30 days of final termination date is subject to disposal.
